Most sellers do a wrap stitch on their hats, this results in a loose beaded pattern that goes up the bill of the hat with many many rows of beads. These beaded hats look nice but the beads break off easily and come loose with wear. My hats are Peyote sewn. Each bead is sewn through twice! Your hat will last you a lifetime! This beadwork will feel stiff and secure it is the longest lasting beadwork for any hat and well worth the extra time and price. These hats take between 10-14 hours to make. The hat itself was not made by myself and is the product of a manufacturing company. All beadwork on the hat and decorations are of my doing.

Returns:Each item comes with a Certificate of Authenticity securely attached. Any and all returns MUST be in unused condition with this tag STILL attached. Altered/Used items are ineligible for return. Should the tag be removed the item is considered used and ineligible for return.Do not remove the tag if you are unhappy with the product!If Tag is removed the product falls into exchange only and can not be returned other than for exchange.
Exchanges:Exchanges can only be allowed for the same item.I.E. If you order an item with Purple beads, you can not exchange it for one with red it MUST be the same.
Damaged items:If you receive a damaged item in the mail keep ALL of the packaging and contents take several photos of the item and its packaging. Open a claim here on and message the photos to me so I can begin the claims process. USPS requires me to present the item at the post office in person to be eligible for a claim. You will need to mail ALL contents back including damaged packaging. USPS will destroy the item should your claim be approved. I do not allow for buyers to keep an item and get a refund. Should you open a \"damaged item\" claim you will be ineligible to keep the item. Be sure to leave the Tag on the item.
Buyer\'s Remorse/Negative response:Should a buyer purchase an item and return it under the \"free returns\'\' Program because of but not limited to the reason of buyer\'s remorse or not liking the item, their name and address will be placed on a \"Do not Sell\" list and they will be prohibited from purchasing in the future on any platform I sell and any and all orders to their name or address will be canceled. Although I do guarantee satisfaction of my items any and all abuse of the return policy will not be tolerated and due to financial constraints I can not risk additional loss on future transactions.
