Navajo YEI Weaving Rug Wall Hanging 30” by 25.5” Vintage For Sale

From a good estate is this vintage Navajo rug mounted on a strip of wood. I know nothing about it except to say it is tightly woven and measures 30 long by 25.5” across. It probably could use a cleaning. There is some slight black tape residue on one side I have pictured for you. The person who owned must have taped it to the wall?
