This is an all original pair that was purchased from an estate sale. The husband and wife first met one another while attending Stanford. This set was packed away in a cupboard and had been there for over 50 years. Comes with the original metal snap hinge case.
The gold tone over sterling silver strong with no stains or signs of aging. The enamel overlay is perfect with absolutely no signs of wear, no crazing, no chips, no cracks…. Simply perfect set. Honestly, pre-owned vintage can’t get any newer.
