The small print on the back cover reads: M. L. I. Co. PRESS - (c) 313 LW - PRINTED IN U.S.A. Explains the tooth\'s structure, first aid for the tooth, pain, fissures, how to use a toothbrush, pulled teeth a lost friend, keeping teeth clean and more. The booklet has 16 pages.The booklet shows some wear from age and storage, like some bent corners, light creases and a discolored upper corner of the first page where the cover corner is folded.
