Up for sale is this original 1875 dated United States of America Navy Department document. Signed by George M. Robeson who was Secretary of the Navy at that time. This framed document appears to be for the appointment of someone to Cadet Midshipman in the U.S. Navy. A true piece of history 150 years old.
