IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED BY COURIER: In the unusual event of not receiving your item or receiving it damaged by the courier, I would need to open an official enquiry with in order for us both, you the buyer and me the seller to receive a refund. ’s simple delivery system is a contract between and Evri, or your chosen courier and nothing to do with the buyer and seller so we are unable to open an official enquiry, have to do this. If I refund you the buyer immediately then considers the matter closed and I as the seller lose both the item and the payment. It is very unusual and this has only happened to me once where Evri delivered to the wrong address and the buyer was very unhelpful locating the item and demanding a refund. Since then I have researched the matter thoroughly and am happy to provide refunds but only once have concluded their official enquiries into the matter. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but my hands are tied regarding 's policy. Thanks for your understanding.
