Up for sale is a beautiful, heavy vintage Swedish art crystal vase manufactured by the prestigious Orrefors glassworks.
This elegant mid-century modern piece features a meticulously detailed, hand-engraved motif of a young boy gazing upward at a flock of birds in flight.
The artwork was originally designed by the celebrated master glass artist Sven Palmqvist and expertly executed using traditional copper-wheel engraving techniques, creating a stunning frosted contrast against the flawless, clear lead crystal.
Condition:
The vase is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or fleabites. As expected with fine authentic crystal of this age, there may be very light, minor surface shelf wear on the highly polished base.
