Crowns may have, dings, dents, dimples, discoloration, creases, scuffs, scratches, oxidation, fading, paint loss, paint residue, or other flaws. They could even be misshapen or have a hole although I try to point out a hole. It is not time-worthy to attempt to describe all the imperfections of a crown. Feel free to ask for additional images, if needed.Corks:The cork-lining in crowns on sale may be intact,partially intact,missing, discolored, stained, fragmented, replaced, or loose. If you are particular about the cork, then ask questions before you offer.Skirts:I don\'t usually photograph the side(s) of a crown. I usually try to take the time to show a really bad spot, but sometimes time is short and I overlook it.If it is really important to you on a particular crown, ask for additional images.Reflared: Some crowns I receive in collections and trade stock I\'ve bought have been re-flared. If you are the winning offer on a reflared crown, simply request in the note section of your Paypal payment and I will re-cap your crown on a bottle to eliminate the reflaring, keeping in mind a slight concaveness in the crown could result.Locations: In the title I try to use a city/state if readable on the skirt (side) of the crown. If not available, I use the city/state listed in database. The database may list the Home Office of the bottler, or the original bottling plant of the brand even though the brand may have been licensed for bottling in additional locations. If it is important to you to know what city/state appears on the skirt, if not shown in the images, please inquire before offerding as I don\'t accept returns.Abbreviations:When space is limted in the title of an sale I may use U CORK for used cork liner and UN CORK for unused cork liner.Any time a crown is described as \"used cork\" that is a shortened version of the longer description of \"used cork liner\". The same is true of of \"unused cork\" being a shortened version of the longer description of \"unused cork liner\". These two abbreviations refer only to the liner of the crown and not to the material that is the larger shell of the crown.I am now using the International Shipping Program on a trial basis. I must ship each sale in a separate package. rules DO NOT let me combine sales like I do all the time for my domestic customers.

Shipping Time:FYI: I typically ship in 2-5 business days, however, I am now advertising my S&H time as 15 business days just to give me a buffer for those occasions where I have 100-200 sales ending on the same week. I still work full-time so shipping out that many sales will take me more than five evenings, even working late nights. Some packages will ship in a couple business days, while others may ship in 5, 6 or possibly more business days.**Unless 15 business days has elapsed after payment, PLEASE DON\'T CONTACT ME ASKING WHEN I\'M GOING TO MAIL YOUR ORDER.
