Absolutely Incredible Authentic Human Effigy Pottery Vessel. I have never seen another one like it. Amazing piece of Art. Found broken and professionally restored with very minimal filler. You can see down inside the pot where all the pieces fit together like a puzzle, and the outside they painted the cracks to make it more visibly appealing. I purchased this piece a few years ago from a private collector in Denver along with numerous other pieces. It really caught my eye and still does. I like how similar it is in form to the midwest Human effigies of the Mississippian culture. Measures about 6” tall. Just a great rare example.
