Up for sale is a highly collectible filler copy of Patsy And Her Pals #10. While this book shows heavy exterior wear, the interior pages are in surprisingly beautiful, supple condition for a 1954 Golden Age humor comic.
Detailed Condition Report
Front Cover: Completely detached from the interior book. However, the front cover art remains incredibly bright, vibrant, and retains a good amount of its original gloss. It features a 4-1/4\" corner crease on the bottom with 4 progressively smaller creases within, a 1/2\" upper corner crease, a 1/4\" edge tear, and four 1/8\" tears along the upper edge.
Spine: The interior spine has no spine roll and no splits. The cover spine features a multitude of stress tears and creases (ticks), a 1\" tear at the bottom, and a tiny chip at top.
Interior and Pages: This is the highlight of the book!No cutouts, no writing, and no coupons filled-out. Story art remains bright and vibrant; printing is sharp and clear. Pages are supple and off-white to tan in color. Features tiny printer spur holes in the lower margins (standard manufacturing anomalies from this printing era, not handler flaws). Centerfold is secure on both staples. There is a 1/4\" tear at the bottom staple of the centerfold that tranfers into the remainder of the book, and a 1/4\" tear on the top corner of the centerfold that does not transfer.
Shipping And HandlingThe comic will be bagged and boarded, then enclosed in a rigid cardboard sandwich to protect it from bending. It will then be sealed in a cardboard comic mailer so that the book you receive will be exactly as described.
