This is the Planet of the Apes Copycast Factory casting and craft playset. 1974–1975 by Strawberry Fayre, a division of the UK toy company Denys Fisher.

How It Worked: A classic plaster-casting activity toy. Kids mixed casting powder with water, poured the mixture into flexible molds, let it set, peeled the mold off, and painted the finished figurines with included paints.
Because Denys Fisher was based in the UK, this set is considerably rarer than US-market Planet of the Apes merchandise.
