This item is being sold As-Is for restoration or repair. It is an excellent project piece with great bones, but it has the following flaws:
* Main Locking Mechanism: The primary brass flip-lock on the top handle is broken/sheared internally.
* Side Latch: One of the brass side hasp connectors has detached from the frame.
