RARE Star Band Corporation Flat Back Vacuum Molded Electrified Plastic Street Lamp Wall Hanging Decoration. Measuring 15\"×10\"×3\". This iconic American Christmas Decoration works and has it original light cord with the cardboard clip. I found a website with the order catalog with this piece and it was originally released in 1962 by the Star Band Corporation. This company was later bought by General Foam Plastics in 1976.
CONDITION
This hard-to-find American treasure is in good vintage condition with no major cracks or dents to the plastic. It does have some minor dents to the center, around the \"candla\". Also the top of the lantern has folded a bit. The original cardboard back is attached and free of holes, and the original $1.38 stamp can still be seen. It does have a bit of wrinkles and spots here and there. These imperfections are documented in photos at the end of the photo section of this listing.
