At the 1964–1965 New York World\'s Fair, the Marco Polo Club and the Hilton Cafe International were two distinct upscale dining concepts operated by Hilton atop the Better Living Center pavilion.

The rooftop installation at the World\'s Fair served as a luxury VIP dining and lounge environment for club members and dignitaries seeking an escape from the crowded mid-20th-century exposition floor

The Hilton Cafe International was a large, colorful public restaurant and outdoor terrace featuring five distinct open kitchens representing North America, South/Latin America, Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Orient.

The Marco Polo Club was private, premium club reserved specifically for Better Living Center exhibitors and their VIP guests. Its lavish interior decor replicated the styling of the famous original Marco Polo Club
