This is for a typed two-page report on the arrest and capture of the accused assassin of President John F. Kennedy, Lee Harvey Oswald.
The report is signed at the conclusion by (4) of the Dallas Police Department arresting officers, Gerald L. Hill, Ray Hawkins, Paul Bentley, and M. Nick McDonald, all of whom are now deceased.
These men took part in the apprehension of Lee Harvey Oswald on November 22, 1963 at the Texas Theatre in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas, Texas following the assassination of President Kennedy and the killing of their fellow Dallas Police Officer, J.D. Tippit.

The report was typed in the late 1990s and signed by the former officers at that time. Also included is a third page which shows photos of each of the men signing the document.
