RARE MIB Dept 56 Disney Nightmare Before Christmas Dr. Finkelstein Observatory For Sale

Up for sale is this Very Rare Dept 56 Disneys Nightmare Before Christmas building, Dr. Finkelstein’s Observatory, in its original box and sleeve. The box and sleeve do show signs of shelf wear but the building itself is in perfect condition. All of the lighting elements are in perfect working order. The amount of details on the piece, all of which are intact, are what have come to make Department 56 famous for their work in villages. This piece especially has tons of them and will make a statement in any Halloween Village. Included in the box is its adapter and when tested every element worked as if new.
