An amazing industrial / factory type lamp from the early 1900's.It could have been in a home or in a business like a country store, bar, mechanic shop, office, etc.It works with many decor styles, including nautical.
The fixture itself is made of copper over brass, with a lovely antique copper patina and some of the brass peeping through here and there.It is paired with an Emeralite style shade (unmarked).The shade is cased glass - 2 layers of glass: emerald green and white.An eye-catching piece of lighting with so much personality.
No chips or cracks in the glass shade.The copper has no dents or gouges (what might look like a dent is just reflections of the photography lighting).Just some patina, marks and rubs, which all add to its antique personality.There are also some tiny hairline bends in the neck, but nothing that takes away from the beauty or structure of the lamp (see closeups).
Use one standard-base light bulb up to 100 watts, or use an LED bulb for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light.Light bulb not included.
