ROCK ISLAND LINES TRAIN CONSISTS (18 TRAINS) 65 PAGES, ALL 1977 For Sale

In very good condition. 18 complete freight consists of 20 Rock Island freight trains, issued in the year 1977. There are 65 total pages included here. These list the entire train in reverse order, starting with the Rock Island caboose number and working forward. All trains show the caboose on Line 1 of the first page of each train. All are very well-preserved.

The pictures included show what most of them look like. It shows the first page of each of 3 trains. These items are extras, or duplicates of what I already have. All are carbon copies and are a little bit faint, but all are readable. All show the caboose number somewhere. The engine numbers are hit and miss. They are fairly easy to follow: All of these trains tied up at Herington, Kansas, coming off the \"South End\" between Caldwell, Kansas and Herington. Station No, 21232 is El Reno, Oklahoma, where the original lists were printed off the teletype machine. Station 20123 is Caldwell, Kansas, where the second set of crewmen took the train into Herington. If there are 2 conductors\'names shown, the top crew took the train from El Reno to Caldwell, handing it off for the guys from Caldwell to take the train into Herington. The actual size of the pages is 8 1/2 inches by 17 inches.

Very nice items that are obsolete and no longer used by any Railroad.
