A fantastic vintage Rapidash 025/087 from the Japanese Wind from the Sea expansion, released in 2002.
This is the desirable 1st Edition version from the classic e-Card era, featuring the distinctive border design and beautiful Kouki Saitou Rapidash artwork.

Overall this is a very nice-looking example for a card that\'s over 20 years old. The front presents particularly well with strong colour and artwork.
There are a couple of small white marks/areas of whitening around the edges on the reverse, along with minor signs of age and handling. I\'ve therefore conservatively listed the card as Lightly Played rather than Near Mint.
