Rare 19Th Century Tibetan/Nepalese, Relief Symbols Embossed Copper Shield. Constructed of copper plate in high relief with dragons, snakes, kneeling figures and sun-face. The surface has two holes used for attaching the handle, no longer present. It also has later holes that hold leather loop for hanging. Excellent used condition with areas of oxidized patina.
