This original Buckeye Dash Lantern made by the Dietz of New York, USA. This lantern was made in September of 1926.

The Buckeye Dash Lantern had some special features, the rear reflector panel has a rear spring clamp to attach it to the dashboard of a horse drawn wagon. Also has a magnifier inside the globe to reflect the light farther and at a wider range. Lamp is complete. Could use a cleaning as it has been on my patio for years. Very nice piece. As Is..
