Original vintage Roy Rogers “Double R Bar Ranch” one-dozen pencil set produced by Eagle Pencil Co. in the United States, dating to approximately the 1950s.
The set retains all 12 colorful Roy Rogers pencils in red, green, yellow, and blue, along with the highly graphic original Western-themed cardboard and cellophane packaging. The front features Roy Rogers on horseback, the Double R Bar Ranch gate design, and its original “1 Dozen 29¢” price graphic. The reverse retains the printed “Roy Rogers Pledge to Parents” endorsement.

Condition
Vintage condition with all 12 pencils present.
The original package has been opened/torn, with substantial age-related deterioration to the cellophane and paper components. The cellophane shows wrinkling, splits, tears, looseness, discoloration, and old tape repairs. The printed front label and illustrated graphics show creasing, handling wear, discoloration, edge wear, and areas of separation.
The cardboard backing shows age toning, staining, creasing, edge wear, and old adhesive/tape residue. The reverse Roy Rogers Pledge to Parents remains substantially legible.
All 12 original pencils are included. The pencils show varying degrees of age/storage wear, particularly around the erasers and ferrules, but the colorful presentation remains strong.
The worn original packaging is an important part of the set's authenticity and collectible character. Please review all photographs closely for exact condition.
