Up for sale is a truly gorgeous Scandanavian modern design lead crystal glass vase. It is from the Swedish company Orrefors and is signed (etched) on the bottom surface. According to information obtained from the website of \"modernredux\", this vase was designed in the 1980s by Erika Lagerbielke. Her photo and biography are on the Orrefors website. She was born in 1960 and began her collaboration with Orrefors in 1982. She is currently professor in design at Linnaeus University in Vaxjo, Sweden. She has designed pieces for the Swedish royal family.This vase measures over 6.5 inches tall and weighs a little under 3 lbs. It has four small circular felt pads on the base, one of which partially obscures the etched Orrefors markings.Please see above for full description of condition and for photos.
