This is a sweet vintage 1981 Avon Mother's Day decorative collector plate titled "Cherished Moments" (Cherished Moments Last Forever).
Crafted in Japan, it features a 5-inch round ceramic design with a 24K gold rim and comes complete with a frame bezel for hanging or display.
The artwork depicts an adorable little curly-haired girl playing dress-up in a flowery hat, long dress, high heels, and carrying a purse.
Marked on the back for decorative use only.
It is in very nice condition with bright colors and clean gold trim.
