Swiss Model 1889/99 Schmidt Rubin Bayonet, 16.5\" OAL, 11.75\" blade, very good shape showing some scattered age patina, spotting. Ricasso marked with Neuhausen Maker, serial no. on the guard, this unusual bayonet has a rivet in the top of the blade fuller to facilitate holding the piece in the scabbard. A unique lock. Very good scabbard, dent free with some brown tone/plum an blued finish. Excellent working press-stud. See photos
