Sci-Fi Ray Gun — Non-Firing Display and Cosplay Prop, 20.8 Inches
A proper pulp-future energy weapon, built big: 20.8 inches end to end, with a full pistol grip and trigger guard at one end and, at the other, a cup emitter ringed by paired electrode balls and flanked by two curved prongs. In between sit a spoked vented disc, a diamond mesh grille, ribbed body panels and a little ring sight on a swing arm — the kind of detail that reads from across a room and still holds up in the hand.
This is a prop. It has no mechanism, no moving parts, and nothing that chambers, fires, lights up or emits anything — it is a solid printed display piece, and it ships with blaze-orange tips printed permanently into the front prongs.

How it's made: 3D printed to order in quality grey PLA on our in-house production printers at a fine 0.1 mm layer height, so the grille, the vent spokes and the panel lines all stay sharp. It arrives in 2 pieces that meet on a single flat face and can be glued for permanency (glue not included). The grey displays well as printed and takes primer and acrylics beautifully if you want the gunmetal finish in the first photo.
