This is a spectacular, investment-grade three-piece set of Japanese Shino-ware art pottery. Crafted during the mid-to-late Shōwa period (circa 1970s), this matching set was hand-thrown and decorated at the historic Kikyoya Kiln in the Mino pottery region of Japan by master ceramicist Kuwabara Kosaburo V (桑原小三郎).
**Design & Artistry:**
The vessels feature a striking, heavily textured "Snow Shino" crackle glaze over an iron-rich clay body. Each piece is hand-decorated with minimal, elegant, stylized crane motifs in soft charcoal gray and dusty pink/coral tones.
**Provenance & Authentication:**
The bottom of the spherical vase retains its rare, authentic vintage metallic export sticker reading "Oriental Original - Celebrity - Japan," identifying it as a curated premium export piece from the mid-century era.
* Stamped Artist Mark: The unglazed ring features the stamped square impression "三郎" (Saburo), identifying Kosaburo V.
* Underglaze Calligraphy: Features the hand-painted blue script "五賀" (Goka), representing the studio name associated with the historical Gokashirō Kikyoya lineage.
