This is signed by Lance Burton, I collected it at the Desert Seminar March 1993. He had a booth for the Lance Burton Magic Shop, which was located in the Hacienda Hotel in Las. Vegas Nevada. The hotel no longer exists. It was demolished not long after the seminar. I laminated this, so it is still an excellent condition. Again, this is an extremely rare collectible. Whether you collect Las Vegas history or casino memorabila or magic objects. This checks all those boxes and is something you will probably never find anywhere else.
