To my eye, modern reprints never quite capture the quirky genius of Steve Ditko\'s Doctor Strange stories in their original comic book form. Now, here is your chance to own an original for (relatively) cheap. Obviously, this comic is not in the best shape, but it will make a good reader so long as you handle it gently.
Here we are in the classic period of Strange Tales, wherein Doctor Strange, still drawn by Ditko, shares the book with Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. In this issue, #142, we get Fury and company drawn (full pencils) by The King, Jack Kirby.
