• Cosmetic condition: The item is pre-owned. There are light scratches and scuffs throughout. The metal of the base has corrosion and spots of surface rust, with a heavier area of rust on the bottom. The metal housing the light tube has some minor discoloration as well but is overall intact. The tube is in good condition. The wire housing is cracking but is still functional. The box has some tears in the outer layer. (See Pictures.)
