Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage tearing around the Staples foxing around the edges flaking at the edges of the cover and some pages(mostly in the margin but may take out a letter or two on the side of some panels) a chunk out of the back cover a musty smell color rub on the cover writing on the front and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
