We ship several items a day with very little being reported damaged during shipping.
-We ship using USPS ground advantage and FedEx Ground. Your purchase is protected by insurance from the carrier, that way you're item is protected. If damage during shipping happens, please contact us. Keep the original packaging so we can file a claim. We will refund you or have you ship it back to us for a refund.
-We ship Monday through Friday based on the carrier's pickup schedule.
-The item you see in the pictures is the item you're purchasing. We don't use stock photos or steal pictures from other sites or retailers. We also own all of our inventory so there's no third party delay in shipping.
-We try to describe the item as well as we can, but sometimes we may miss something. Refer to the pictures for better description of the item or ask prior to purchase.
-Clothing items are measured in the pictures to make sure it will work for your needs.
-Washing or cleaning is always recommended as our items are stored on shelving units until sold.
-Pictures may not depict true color of the item. We have a very bright florescent light above and most of the time makes colors appear lighter or in some cases darker than they are so please keep that in mind. We try to get angles that show closest to actual color.
