Buy now to get this one-of-a-kind attractive prop replica of the Master’s laser weapon from the classic BBC Doctor Who TV series. This is not a model kit; it is a finished and painted piece as shown in the pictures here and is ready for use or display.
This unique laser weapon was fitting for the original Delgado Master who often used guns and weapons that were not typical. This prop only appeared twice in the 1971 eighth season of the classic series, first in the four-part "Claws of Axos" and then again in the following six-part story "Colony in Space".
Every effort was put forth to replicate the original screen used prop in as close detail as possible by carefully watching the two stories where it appeared.
Although the weapon does get ample screen time, and there is good photographic reference, some liberties were taken in the design where necessary. However, we feel this is a very close replica to the screen-used item. This replica makes no sound, but it does light up by activating the switch in the grip.
The laser will look great on display, but is also perfect for Cosplay.
