Description
Cover by Ernie Bushmiller. Stories and art by Charles Schulz, Ernie Bushmiller, Rudolph Dirks, Dick Van Buren, and Bob Lubbers. Tip Top Comics presented color reprints of United Features newspaper comic strips. This issue is noteworthy as being the first comic book (along with United Comics (1940/1950) #21, published the same month) to reprint Charles Schulz's beloved Peanuts comic strip, then only in its third year. Tarzan battles a lioness and leads natives on a hunting expedition. Nancy tries to build a swing in her backyard, but none of the trees are right.
