Brand new, never used - I took one out of package to verify condition and take pics of an actual item. Hippy Mom Tip! Lids on Tupperware items are tight - which is why they're referred to as SEALS. Some people soak the lids in hot water for a few minutes to 'break them in'. I prefer the 'attach at bottom and follow around until thumbs meet' method. The iconic Sunburst lids are 'press in center'. Choices are great!
