Two vintage metal animal figurines made by the Almar Metal Arts Company of Point Marion, Pennsylvania in the 1940\'s-50\'s.
One is a Tiger, the other a Hippopotamus. Each is hollow-cast in spelter metal with a bronze finish and excellent sculptural detail. The bases are embossed \"THE ALMAR METAL ARTS CO. POINT MARION PA. ©\".
Each one measures approximately 2.5\" tall by 4.5\" wide by 1.75\" deep.
