About 11\". 1950s - 1960s estimate.
Some normal age showing, but overall mostly Good condition. I didn\'t intentionally not take a close up of the right side (I normally do), but there is a little tack tear at the top edge (you can sort of see it in the main pic). Not bad, but I wanted to point out it exists.
I ship felt pennants in a bubble envelope. Smaller ones are shipped flat. Longer ones with one or two folds - lightly folded with tissue paper placed at the point of the fold. I have shipped thousands of felt pennants this way with minimal issues. If you want it shipped another way, I will gladly work with you, but please ask what it will cost before buying. My shipping cost as quoted is via a bubble envelope. Thanks!
