VTG 1902 Stanley Steamer & 1905 Rambler Coffee Mugs Mann Imports Made In Japan For Sale

CONDITION

Excellent pre-owned vintage condition. Both mugs are very clean with bright glossy glaze and well-preserved automobile graphics. Interiors are exceptionally clean. No cracks or major chips observed.

There are minor surface marks, glaze variations and light wear consistent with age and manufacture. The unglazed bottom rims show normal shelf wear. Both mugs are marked JAPAN on the bottom.

Vintage set of two glazed ceramic automobile mugs featuring two classic early motor cars:

1902 Stanley Steamer
1905 Rambler

Each mug has a warm tan/caramel glaze with a dark brown glazed band around the top, a detailed brown automobile illustration, substantial molded handle and raised base.

Both mugs are marked JAPAN on the underside. The Stanley Steamer design has also been found on comparable vintage examples attributed to Mann Imports and dated 1967, although these particular mugs are not marked with a manufacturer or date.

The mugs measure approximately 4½ inches tall with an opening approximately 3 inches in diameter.
