VTG 1959 60s ROUND SPECIAL PRICE ACT NOW TIRES TIRE SIGN SALES SP-10342 GULF? For Sale

Up for sale is an old special price tire sign from the 1960s with a 1959 patent date. It has scuffs and rust aspictured. There is a very slight crease in the c of price that is hard to see but is there. I included a close upas the last pic. One of the mounting tabs is missing and there is some heavy rust on one edge.
