Colt firearms' perfume buttons were made by the Colt Manufacturing Company's Colt Rock Plastics Division. These novelty buttons were produced in the 1930s and 1940s and were part of a short-lived line of amino resin-made containers designed to hold rouge or perfume. The design featured a cameo-style head on the lid, which could be unscrewed to reveal a compartment in the base.
Good used condition. Light scratches to plastic consistent with normal use. Residual solid perfume inside of button that does not have any scent remaining.
