Play or Display It's a beautiful vintage piece of faux-ivory scrimshaw, a circular game board for marbles. T his one is made out of wedged sections engraved with a delicate motif of laurel garlands, fruit and flower bouquets and pheasants, signed "John Adams." As it comes without marbles, it would be a great way to display and enjoy your own marble collection. In addition to the indentations, there is a trough around the rim that holds quite a few marbles.
