Depression glass pieces from the Iris & Herringbone pattern, manufactured by the Jeannette Glass Company.

• Pattern Name: Iris & Herringbone (sometimes referred to simply as
"Iris").
• Production Era: Originally introduced in 1928 and produced through the Depression era until 1932. Some clear giftware pieces were also briefly rereleased in the 1940S.
• Design Features: The pattern features deeply embossed, high-relief iris flowers and long leaves on the body, entirely surrounded by a fine, vertical herringbone textured background. Both the pitcher and the tumblers feature a distinctive "rayed"
or fluted pedestal base.
• Items Shown: A 56 oz. footed water pitcher accompanied by two footed tumbler/goblets.

Care Instructions
Because this is authentic vintage glass from the late 1920s to early 1930s, hand wash only with mild dish soap and warm water. Avoid dishwasher cycles, as the high heat and harsh detergents can permanently etch and cloud the clear glass over time.
