Not completely sure about the metal. These are heavy like solid brass - silver plated - or they could be pewter - a heavier pewter
Appear to be hand crafted - couldn\'t find a \"signed\" inscription anywhere
The main scrolled candlestick is adjustable with the screw attached - can be turned forward, sideways, or backwards (see last image where screw appears)
Very unusual design - Gothic or Victorian Style?
