Vintage Parker '75' Sterling Silver Cisele Fountain Pen 14K Medium Nib With Box & Nib ToolWhat you notice first is the pattern. The entire cap and barrel are covered in the Cisele grid — "ciselé" means chiselled in French — cut into solid sterling silver rather than printed or plated onto a base metal. The 75 arrived in 1964 and stayed in production until 1994 — three decades, which almost no pen design survives.
This is a Vintage Parker '75' Sterling Silver Cisele Fountain Pen Gold Plated Trim with a Medium 14K Rotatable Nib (nib-rotating tool and presentation box included). The pen has clearly been used, but shows no damage such as dents, cracks, or scratches. The clip is tight to the cap, and the gold plating to the clip and pen ends does not show significant signs of wear. The sterling silver retains the tarnish it has "earned" (as many people prefer that look). The cartridge that came in it had been run dry, so the pen has not been tested with ink being introduced into it. The pen is being sold as a vintage collectible in as-found/as-is condition and there is no warranty or guarantee from the seller. Clean, nonsmoking home.
