VTG Whimsical Lady Dopamine Decor Mid Century Japanese Hollow Ceramic Figurine For Sale

This is a whimsical vintage ceramic lady figurine, approximately 11.5 inches tall by 5 inches wide.She has a cute barrette in her hair, and fish-shaped earrings. Similar in style to a Selleti, or perhaps Bjorn Wiinblad. She most likely was made in Japan mid 20th century, given the style of \"Japan\" sticker (see picture), and characteristics of similar pieces exported from there during this time.The cork with a metal pull is very dried out and brittle, due to age. So its use as a storage vessel would be limited-as it doesn\'t seal very well, and in trying to close it with the cork, pieces of cork will fall off. I picked her up at estate sale. I think she was overlooked, because only the top of her head was visible! The more you look at her, the more you\'ll love her.Unfortunately, I don\'t have a good place for her in my home, so let\'s get this beauty out of my basement, and on display in your home!
