2. Veeco SPI-10 Sputter Ion Pump• Type: High vacuum pump (Companion to the analyzer).• Specs: Contains heavy permanent magnets.• Connections: Includes attached high-voltage cable.
3. Veeco RGLL-6 Ionization Gauge Control• Type: Vacuum pressure monitoring.• Condition Note: The glass on the analog meter is cracked. The faceplate shows significant cosmetic wear, peeling clear coat, and patina.• Controls: Filament, Degas, Emission Adjust.
