This is a beautiful, highly collectible vintage Santon Habillé (clothed terracotta figurine) from the Provence region of Southern France. Standing at a premium 10.25 inches tall, this piece depicts a traditional village elder character—the Boulangère or Marchande de Pain (Bread Seller).She is beautifully styled carrying a classic wicker basket containing two hand-molded clay baguettes, while holding an individual clay bread roll in her other hand.Exquisite Costume & Undergarment Details:
