Vintage 12.5” Santo Monk Friar Religious Figure Hand Painted Folk Art Statue For Sale

A wonderfully expressive vintage religious figure depicting a robed monk or friar in traditional black and white garments with hand-painted gold accents. Measuring approximately 12.5 inches tall, the figure has a raised hand gesture, painted facial features, flowing robes and a substantial square display base. The distressed paint and surface wear give the piece the evocative appearance associated with old devotional santos and Spanish Colonial-inspired religious folk art.
