Vintage Alka Kunst porcelain lace ballerina figurine named “Odette,” model number 234. Features a hand-painted ballerina wearing a pale blue bodice, matching ballet slippers, and a ruffled white Dresden-style porcelain lace tutu. The round base has gold trim.
Marked Alka beneath a crown with “Made in Western Germany” on the underside. Also marked “Odette” and impressed with model number 234. Produced by Alboth & Kaiser in approximately 1956–1960.
The ballerina, arms, hands, fingers, legs, and base appear intact. The ruffled dress has some small chipped and missing portions on the front and back, but they are difficult to notice unless viewed closely. Light surface wear and minor wear to the markings and gold trim. Please review all photos closely for condition.
Measures approximately 6 inches tall with a 2-inch-diameter base. Weighs 6 ounces.
