Glasbake dishes were first produced in 1917 by the Mckee Glass company. In 1961, the company was bought by Jeannette Glass Company. The model numbers for this dish and lid start with 'J' indicating that these pieces were made by the Jeannette Glass Company at some point between 1961 and 1983 when the company went out of business.
The lid for this dish has some staining that may come out with vigorous cleaning, 2 obvious chips around the edge as well as a few flea bite chips around the edge that can be felt rather than seen. The baking dish has no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. The flowers on the dish are in good condition everywhere except for one end flower on one side (see photo 14). There is an unusual check mark shaped white mark on the inside of the dish and a few others that I tried to show in photo 18 but they're difficult to see.
